Americo Poly-Flo Filter Media is a UV resistant and very durable nonwoven polyester blend. It is very resistant to compacting and is the leading filter media in pond filtration. The open character of this filter media allows for high volumes of water to pass through without clogging while providing optimal surface area to facilitate bacterial colonization. Thickness varies from manufacturer.

This cream 18" x 24" piece of filter media has an average thickness of 1-1/4" with coarse density.
