Woodstock's Chimes of Kyoto are tuned to an ancient Japanese scale found on early zither instruments, reflecting the graceful and refined beauty of the gardens of Kyoto. This chime gets its name from the Chion-in Buddhist temple in Kyoto, which houses one of the largest ringing bells in the world. Each cherry wood chime has five silver anodized aluminum tubes for an exceptionally rich sound, and each one harmonizes with the others, so they sound absolutely wonderful together!
